Qualifications Needed for the 2024 CCI Recruitment:

Professional Staff:
- Director (Law): officers with a bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited institution who work for the Indian Law Service, Indian Company Law Service, Central Civil Services Group “A,” All India Services, or similar organizations. Candidates must have a comparable position or have four years of experience earning Rs. 8700 (revised pay level 13) or ten years earning Rs. 7600 (revised pay level 12) or more.
- Junior Director (Economics): officers with a master’s degree in economics or statistics who are employed in a similar position or grade and are members of the Central Civil Services Group “A,” Indian Economic Service, All India Services, or allied professions. It is necessary to have six years of experience with a grade pay of Rs. 7600 or 10 years with a grade pay of Rs. 6600 or higher. Experience in competition economics is desirable.
Administrative Staff:
- Office Manager: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any field from an accredited university is required of candidates. Candidates must have worked in related disciplines such as administration, personnel management, or establishment for two years at a grade of Rs. 4800, three years at a grade pay of Rs. 4600, or eight years at a grade pay of Rs. 4200 or comparable. Desired: Candidates with more education and experience will be given preference.
- Private Secretary: Currently employed stenographers with the federal or state governments, public sector organizations, or regulatory bodies are eligible to apply. Candidates must be Stenographers Grade-I in salary Band 2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with a grade salary of Rs. 4200 and five years of regular employment in that grade, or they must regularly occupy similar positions.
