Intellimali Login: Since its founding, IntelliMali has expanded significantly to meet the needs of Chief Financial Officers and Financial Aid specialists like NSFAS in South African Higher Education institutions. Its main goal is to become the most reliable organization donors can entrust with their money, with the money it raises going toward funding South African universities. How Intellimali Works?
An agreement is made between Intellimali and the customer or funder that permits:

To log in to Intellimali,
- Open the my.intellimali.co.za/login page.
- Select “Account Log In.”
- Put down your ID number here.
- Put in your PIN.
- To access your dashboard, click the Login button.
How do I add Bank Account Information to Intellimali?
You can access the bank details option only when you have received a monetary allowance. Intellimali does not need your financial information if there is no monetary allowance. When you are allocated cash, you will receive an SMS requesting verification of your bank details.
- Enter your Identity Number and PIN to access the Intellimali student portal at intellizone.co.za.
- If you haven’t received a PIN by SMS, verify your mobile number is accurate. Please update your campus student profile if anything has changed.
- Your account can be deactivated or locked if you cannot log in. Contact Intellimali via phone at [email protected] or by email to unlock your account.
- After logging in, select Accounts -> Account Details from the menu bar.
- Check to make sure the address that you gave is correct. A verification will be sent to this address. Please fill out this form if it is blank.
- Please send an email with the correct email address to [email protected] if it is wrong so that it may be corrected.
- The loaded allowance will be displayed, followed by the Banking Details section. If your information is not yet in here, this will be empty.
- Account Holder, Bank name, Account Number, and Account Type are essential areas that must be filled out. Even though a Nedbank account is a savings account, please choose “Cheque” as the account type if you have one.
- After completing this, use the Save Changes option at the page’s lower left corner. This button will cause a warning to show up. NB! The “Delete Pending Verification” button should NOT be clicked.
- Please wait for the email and keep your profile signed in.
- Verify your email address if you haven’t gotten the email within a few minutes.
- To finish registering your bank information, open your email and click the verification link.
- Before clicking the verification link, you need to log into your account.
- After confirmation, the alert will go.
- Upon updating your bank information, an SMS will be sent to the registered phone you provided.
- You are receiving this SMS to inform you that your bank information has changed. If you don’t update your bank information, this won’t be a problem.
What is the Intellimali Student Portal’s Login Process?
- Open a web browser.
- Kindly click the following link to enter the Intellimali student portal.
- Enter your National ID (or any other password you choose) as your password and your Student Number as your User ID.
- Your homepage will appear when you log in successfully.
- Click the items as they appear on your homepage or dashboard to view the current status of your academic progress and fee payments at any time.
How to Verify the Balance of Intellimali?
You may check your IntelliMali balance in three different ways:
- You may use the USSD code *120*44431*student number# to check your Intellimali balance. Just follow the instructions.
- An alternative is to sign in to the My Intellimali student site at https://my.intellimali.co.za/login, which Intellimali runs. Following that, you may use the Intellizone to check your balance.
- Asking for a balance inquiry at an Intellicard merchant is an additional choice. Afterward, the retailer will request that you enter your PIN and swipe your student card. A slip with your balance will print from the point of sale machine.
