Liberty Actuarial Bursary 2024: Students enrolled at South African universities authorized by the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA) can apply for the Liberty Bursary, an actuarial scholarship. Higher education students enrolled full-time and in their second year of study can apply for the Liberty Actuarial Bursary.

Liberty Actuarial Bursaries 2024:
Actuarial Science bursaries are given by Liberty to full-time, qualifying second-year university students. The Liberty Bursary pays for books, food, lodging, transportation expenses, books, academic help, emotional support, networking opportunities, and vacation jobs. During June and December, vacation work is performed at Liberty Life’s head office in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. Bursary holders will get assurances of employment upon graduation.
Eligibility:
- South African nationality
- We enrolled full-time university students who want to pursue Actuarial Science programs at South African tertiary schools approved by the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASASA).
- a least 60% average across all subjects and a 65% grade in the math and actuarial modules, respectively, demonstrating consistent academic achievement
- It will help to have leadership skills and to participate in extracurricular activities like sports, the arts, and literature.
How to Apply?
You must register on the Liberty website to apply for their Actuarial Bursary. You may read their bursary advertisement first.
Please fill out the online application completely, leaving no space between questions. This bursary has a lot of competition, and incomplete applications are frequently overlooked.

- Authenticated duplicate of your identification
- a certified duplicate of your high school diploma
- Evidence that you are enrolled in your university

- If at all feasible, proof of your leadership skills
